Studies have shown that regular
meditation can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression,
while also improving memory and overall well-being.
In this Meditate with a monk program, we go beyond mere focus and delve into the profound ways in which focus enables us to transcend negative states of the mind. Through this process, you’ll create space for a life filled with relaxation, energy, and genuine happiness. Our sessions span 90 minutes and consist of 3-4 short sessions, complemented by enlightening discussions and narratives that explore the “why, what, and how” of each technique.
Our program offers a diverse range of meditation techniques, allowing you to explore and discover the methods that resonate with you. Each technique provides unique benefits and contributes to your overall well-being. Here are some of the meditation types we explore:
Our compassionate and knowledgeable monks will guide you, providing support and insights tailored to your individual needs.
